During the RA Government session on November 22 Acting Minister of Education and Science of RA Araik Harutyunyan announced that in order to overcome the heating problems, geliopanels can be installed in public schools. “We plan to install solar panels in public schools and offer to discus actively this issue so that schools pass on the new heating system”, – he said. In response to this, Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan asked whether the solar panels could produce enough energy that would satisfy the heating season. “Solar panels accumulate electricity in electricity networks, and in winter, when the demand increases, schools can get electricity freely. The calculations show that the helmets are spent for 6-7 years, for which 25 years are not required any additional expenses”, – the Acting Minister said.
