“Solaron” Company is hiring a Call Center Specialist who will ensure direct communication between the company and its clients. The Call Center Specialist is responsible for responding to client inquiries promptly and appropriately, providing clear and understandable guidance, and delivering accurate information about all services offered by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the company.
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate and professional consultations.
• Inform clients about new services and offers via phone calls.
• Stay updated on industry changes and continuously work to improve service quality.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education.
• At least one year of work experience in a relevant field.
• Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English.
• Experience using social networks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt and navigate situations.
• Strong listening skills, customer-oriented approach, and effective resolution of complaints and disputes.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to fill in the position of Technical Support Specialist.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance over the phone. This role involves handling inbound calls, registering customer requests, and resolving basic technical issues related to solar systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Register customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance on solar systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided.
• Stay updated on Solaron’s products, services, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (training will be provided).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Armenian (knowledge of English, Russian languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries.
• High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
• Availability to work full-time on-site.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Technology, Renewable Energy, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Special Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience with solar monitoring platforms, inverters, or battery storage systems.
• Multitasking abilities to handle simultaneous customer interactions and documentation.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills to collaborate with other departments.
