Job responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance over the phone. This role involves handling inbound calls, registering customer requests, and resolving basic technical issues related to solar systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Register customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance on solar systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided.

Requirements:
